VICA (Virtual Calisthenics) has created a new standard for effective guided meditation audio sessions. Our sessions utilize a system that combines mindfulness, meditation, visualization practices, and are underscored by a unique, ambient sonic environment. Our guided sessions are led by Josh Paulton, MC RCC BA Hons., Clinical Counsellor. The recordings and music are our original compositions, written and recorded by a small production team in Gibsons, British Columbia, Canada. Listen to VICA and still your mind, relax your emotions, and reintegrate your mind/body relationship. All you need to do is put on some headphones, get into a relaxed position, and listen along!

Find a comfortable position that suits your body: reclining in a chair, or laying down. You can close your eyes, or keep them open, and use an eye mask if desired!
